On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with comfortable seating, a 55" flat-screen TV, and a glass fireplace for cozy evenings during the colder months. Underfloor heating beneath the natural stone floor provides comfortable warmth. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer, opens onto the dining room with a large table seating 6-8 people. A sauna for up to 6 people is available as an optional extra on the ground floor, where you'll also find the second shower room. A seating area on the large southwest-facing terrace invites you to relax and enjoy evening barbecues, as do another bench and two deck chairs in the garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with solid wood floors (two with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and one with a double bed (160x200 cm)). The bright bathroom features two washbasins and a large shower. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers due to the materials used in its construction. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored and charged securely in the shed.
